Financiera Labor SAPI de CV SOFOM ENR (FinLabor) is a Mexican microfinance institution (MFI) that grants microloans to women's groups. FinLabor is a member of Prodesarrollo, the biggest MFI network in Mexico, and has been rated by MicroRate since 2011.

The MFI has a network of 37 branches across 11 states in Mexico and currently serves around 33,000 clients (2017). FinLabor stands out from its peers due to its small loans, which have an average value of only a few hundred US dollars.
