Including the following information:
- A clear description of the complaint;
- Your name and full address, telephone number, and, if possible, your e-mail address;
- For a more expedite assessment of your complaint, please also include a copy (copies) of the information related to - or relevant for - your complaint.
After we receive your complaint, Oikocredit will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. The estimated time can vary depending on the courier service and the nature of the complaint, as the processing of it may take some time. We will keep you informed intermittently on the progress made in finding a suitable solution.
